Healthcare Recruiter Position

This role involves connecting skilled healthcare professionals with patients who rely on them. You will screen candidates, move fast when needs arise, and ensure each placement is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified candidates for various healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via video conferencing or similar tools
  • Use multiple platforms for outreach, including job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other social media channels
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
Required Skills:
  • Recruiting experience in healthcare settings
  • Confidence on the phone, strong follow-up skills, and ability to close candidates
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools
  • Experience with tools like CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
