About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to spearhead our organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the telecom, structured cabling, or data center sectors.
This is a dynamic position that demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise daily deployment schedules for fiber/cabling technicians and project leads.
- Track timelines, crew assignments, and materials across multiple simultaneous jobs.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters, dispatchers, and project managers.
- Update and maintain our project dashboards with live status updates.
- Collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project expenses for invoicing purposes.
- Follow up with techs and leads to ensure job quality and adherence to client requirements.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
- Assist in streamlining SOPs and operational documentation.
- Work with senior management on scaling processes, project forecasting, and workforce planning.
