Operations Excellence Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of our retail customer operations. The Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities related to order receipt, processing, and delivery, as well as invoicing and payment collection.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for managing the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by setting up systemic configurations, creating custom SOPs, and preparing orders for processing.
  • Develop sustainable processes and systems that prioritize efficiency and scalability, aligning with our growth trajectory.
  • Maintain data integrity across all order operations systems, including order entry, fulfillment, management, and invoicing.
  • Oversee month-end reconciliation, providing detailed reports to Accounting, and ensure accurate order tracking across all systems.
  • Implement workflows using integrations like Zapier, Make, N8N, Parabola, etc., to minimize manual work and optimize team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work full-time US-based hours.
  • Expertise in automation tools, specifically Zapier, Make, N8N.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
  • Elite organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset, capable of identifying issues, defining scalable solutions, and implementing them with team members.
  • Order processing experience, including EDI, B2B, and manual orders, with strong ERP system knowledge.
  • Experience managing direct reports and working in US food & beverage order operations environments.
  • Able to thrive in a remote work environment under minimal supervision.
  • Customer-focused mentality, prioritizing world-class service while considering the company's interests.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude, willing to adapt and overcome challenges.
