Recruiter Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiter Specialist to provide personalized support to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all candidate communication and internal dialogue with hiring managers, ensuring seamless coordination of calendars and effective communication.
  • Conduct scripted video interviews, administering recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills, while maintaining data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Prepare new employees for onboarding, guaranteeing a positive interview experience from initial outreach to final hire.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong written and verbal English communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through. A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is required, along with reliability in delivering high-quality results.
