Quality Change Coordinator

As the deputy for the Quality Change Coordinator, you will manage and document changes in the SAP-based APM software, ensuring they align with company strategy, standards, and legal requirements. This includes entering pre-checked changes, monitoring their progress, reporting all changes, preparing data for project handling, and maintaining records of schedule adjustments and implementation measures throughout the change cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for entering changes in the SAP-based APM software that have already been checked for their impact on existing processes, products, and quality.
  • You monitor the progress of small changes and ensure that they are completed on time in accordance with company strategy, relevant standards, and applicable legal requirements.
  • You will be responsible for reporting all (small, medium and large) changes and preparing the data so that it can be used for project handling in the event of bigger changes.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining all changes in the APM software with regard to schedule adjustments, the implementation of measures, and all adjustments that arise during the change cycle, and you will document this in the software.

What You'll Bring:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Training in administration, ideally with further training in quality assurance/quality management
  • Two years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of medical technology, is desirable
  • Knowledge of medical technology regulations, e.g., ISO 13485, MDR EU 2017/745, MDSAP, FDA21 CFR 820, is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken English and intermediate German (can be improved)
  • Very good MS Office skills, ideally also SAP skills
