The Full-Cycle Recruiter drives the entire recruitment process, connecting top-tier talent with opportunities while ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Preparation: Create job descriptions based on the Statement of Work (SoW), participate in client success calls to gather key role details and expectations needed for hiring.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor pipelines for all owned roles, flag dry pipelines, and coordinate with Sourcing Specialists to shift sourcing focus as needed. Personally source candidates for roles if pipelines remain dry.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct prescreening through voice notes for all candidates, use topgrading techniques to confirm candidate agreements, administer client-specific assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Candidate Profiling and Endorsement: Create detailed candidate profiles on Notion, endorse completed profilers to the Matching Lead for final approval.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Ensure regular updates to clients on pipeline progress, candidate endorsements, and next steps, respond to candidate inquiries promptly, collect client feedback on candidate profiles, interviews, and overall satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Optimization: Act as the final filter for candidate profiles before endorsement, proactively monitor candidate and client satisfaction to identify risks early, resolve any concerns immediately to ensure placements are successful and long-lasting, maintain clear communication with both candidates and clients.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in hiring for Finance, Sales, and Marketing roles.
  • Extreme Ownership.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Curious and proactive, especially when it comes to finding people and communities.
  • Comfortable using Workable and basic recruitment tools.
  • Passion for recruitment, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
