Job Description
At a fast-growing SaaS company, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support, you will be responsible for ensuring satisfaction, retention, and continuous value.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main liaison between clients and their customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand client goals and provide recommendations to maximize platform utilization.
- Manage renewal processes and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Lead regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Develop strategies to increase retention and loyalty.
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution.
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS/tech environment. You should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mindsets, proactive problem-solving abilities, and experience using CRM and customer success platforms.
