About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing customer service operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer service performance, analyzing metrics and trends, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer service activities, including call center metrics, customer feedback, and service trends.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as first contact resolution, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify root causes of service challenges and develop process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and optimize customer service processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Strong understanding of customer service operations and principles, including quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
Candidates with expertise in Salesforce, industry knowledge in consumer goods, food & beverage, hospitality, or experience in manufacturing or service-driven environments will be given preference.
