Customer Support Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via chat, email or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Address inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns utilizing Gorgias and Shopify.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and support best practices to ensure consistency across customer interactions.

Requirements:
