Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. This role will involve working closely with team members, as well as independently, to manage workload and deliver high-quality solutions aligned to customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll a must)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment, with the ability to understand customer requirements and build relationships.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy.
  • Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics.
