Job Description:

As a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

You will oversee client accounts, manage day-to-day communications, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service. This is a fully remote position that requires flexibility in managing your own schedule.

Responsibilities include cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects, meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals, focus sales efforts by using reports to analyze existing and potential sales opportunities, and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and making recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales, account management, and customer service experience
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and hold a conversation with decision-makers
  • Capacity to sell wholesale physical products
  • Proven track record of cold calling to acquire new business
