Business Development Representative Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities by generating leads, creating outbound sales campaigns, and helping our sales team connect with potential clients.

  • Create and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential leads, including sourcing accurate contact information.
  • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance in our CRM.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and create new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Sales Campaign Management: Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to target potential clients.
  • Client Outreach: Conduct phone and email communications with prospective clients to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule in-person meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate business growth.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance within our CRM system.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Candidate Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Technical Requirements: Proficiency in using Google Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
