
New Business Developer

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities by generating leads, creating outbound sales campaigns, and helping our sales team connect with potential clients.
- Create and manage outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Research and identify potential leads, including sourcing accurate contact information.
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients.
- Coordinate and schedule in-person meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain organized records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance in our CRM.
Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and create new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
- Sales Campaign Management: Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns to target potential clients.
- Client Outreach: Conduct phone and email communications with prospective clients to build relationships and drive sales.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule in-person meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate business growth.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and campaign performance within our CRM system.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Candidate Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Technical Requirements: Proficiency in using Google Suite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
