Learning and Development Supervisor

As a key member of our learning and development team, you will play a vital role in implementing, administering and delivering quality training solutions to enhance the skills of our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all programs are properly coordinated with internal and external networks and you will be responsible for the overall activities and logistical requirements of training programs.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years related experience in the field of learning and development or training focusing on vendor management, logistics requirement coordination, content development, and facilitation. A graduate degree in psychology, behavioral science, human resource management, or any related field is required. Additionally, strong communication and analytical thinking skills are essential for this role.

  • Training Needs Analysis: You will identify training needs across various departments and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Data Analysis: You will analyze data to inform training decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop Training Materials: You will create engaging and informative training materials to support learning objectives.
  • Implementation and Evaluation of Training Programs: You will oversee the implementation of training programs and conduct evaluations to assess their impact.
  • Portfolio Management: You will manage training portfolios to ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
