Job Title: Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning programs to improve employee performance and enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create development plans that align with organizational goals
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to determine training needs
  • Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and instructor-led training sessions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the learning management system to ensure content is up-to-date and accessible
  • Partner with external vendors to develop and deliver training programs as needed
  • Facilitate team building and leadership development programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their ongoing development
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in learning and development and apply them to organizational initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems
