Job Title

As a senior manager in people advisory, you will play a key role in balancing our capability and capacity to deliver Visa's people agenda.

This is a generalist position with a client-centric mindset to provide consultative, advisory services to support managers and leaders in responding to workplace matters and interactions.

  • You will be the single point of accountability for individual talent development advisory, annual compensation review, performance management, employee engagement, and other policy interpretation and consultation.
  • Coach and challenge people leaders on various people-related situations and programs like performance management, conflict resolution, talent development, and annual review support.
  • Lead efforts with people leaders to facilitate effective management of teams and resolve issues that may arise in the workplace between employees and managers.
  • Provide detailed analytics and interpretation of data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide overall cross-functional support as needed.

This role involves consulting with business stakeholders across functions to understand learning objectives and implement people solutions. The successful candidate will work with leadership teams to comprehend the capabilities needed to enhance Visa's people strategy.

Qualifications

What you will need:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a related field with specific experience as an HR generalist managing complex people issues.
  • Juggle priorities and have an eye for detail to ensure delivery is always accurate.
  • Proven ability to work and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and consulting skills with the emotional intelligence to place yourself in the shoes of others and customize your advisory.
  • Great interpersonal skills, team player, and true collaborator.
