Job Title: HR Supervisor for Learning and Organizational Development
Job Summary: The Learning and Organizational Development Supervisor will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. The specialist will work closely with the Human Resources team and business leaders to identify training needs and create development plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning and development programs to improve employee performance and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create development plans that align with organizational goals
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to determine training needs
- Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and instructor-led training sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage the learning management system to ensure content is up to date and accessible
- Partner with external vendors to develop and deliver training programs as needed
- Facilitate team building and leadership development programs
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their ongoing development
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in learning and development and apply them to organizational initiatives
- Helps in organizing employee events and activities for Employee Engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or related field
- Experience designing and delivering training programs, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems
- Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
