- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design curricula
- Coordinate workshops and events and measure effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline
