Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team.

As a collaborative professional, you will work alongside experts who prioritize employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

  • Deliver reporting solutions that meet client requirements, driving business success through data analysis.
  • Design and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling to derive actionable insights.
  • Review outputs for trends and patterns, providing valuable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the team to perform root cause analyses and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX.
  • Extensive coding experience with M Language, SQL, and/or BigQuery.
  • Experience in KPI dashboard development and automation.
  • Strong visualization skills – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports, etc.
  • Some exposure to Procurement, Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere.
