Revenue Operations Specialist Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to support our clients in building and optimizing their technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
  • Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) to align with client-specific processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

This is a remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration.
  • Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.

Successful candidates will be able to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced environment.
