About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Business Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs. You will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.

You will translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators. You will perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.

You will work with data from various sources to develop trusted reporting and analytics. You will build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze business data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.
  3. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
  5. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  6. Develop trusted reporting and analytics using data from various sources.
  7. Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics) are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
