As a forward-thinking Client Insights professional, you will be supporting our regionalised structure. This is not a traditional reporting role: the ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

  • You will partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into deliverables.
  • You will develop tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.
  • You will lead deep dives into performance variability, trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • You will deliver presentations to stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
  • You will build repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting.
  • You will mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills.
