We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, channel partner expansion, and strategic alliances.
- You will identify and close new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets or customer segments.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue opportunities.
- Lead high-value negotiations and contract closures.
- Build and manage channel ecosystems, including resellers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Design and execute partner programs, incentive structures, and governance models.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Drive co-marketing efforts and joint sales initiatives with channel partners.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver value propositions.
- Use market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor and manage teams of business development managers, partner leads, or channel specialists where applicable.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel management, preferably within tech, FMCG, retail, or F&B sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and complex partner ecosystems.
- Sales mastery with a proven track record in business development and closing complex deals.
- Experience managing reseller and distributor ecosystems.
- Strategic thinking to design and execute long-term growth and partnership plans.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Deep market insight into industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Leadership in managing cross-functional teams or direct reports.
- Strong results orientation with focus on KPIs, revenue goals, and ROI.
