The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage business growth strategies, focusing on conceptualizing and implementing project development initiatives.
- Lead the conceptualization and implementation of business growth projects;
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring timely completion;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to source suppliers and acquire team members to support project needs;
- Manage project-related paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date and properly stored;
- Provide exceptional client service throughout the production process;
- Evaluate project effectiveness and report progress to senior management;
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field;
- Leadership skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders;
- Strategic thinking: Capacity to develop and implement long-term business strategies;
- Analytical skills: Proficient in research methods, data analysis, and financial reporting;
- Technical skills: Proficiency with MS Office, databases, and information systems;
- Organizational skills: Ability to manage time, resources, and multiple tasks effectively.
