Job Title: Junior Accounts Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to support our team in managing client accounts, executing brand strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will assist in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly, and quarterly client account operations. This includes preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams, as well as coordinating with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met.

This role requires a strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Accounts Manager in managing client accounts and executing brand strategies
  • Assist in preparing reports, timelines, and updates for clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate with clients, creatives, and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met
  • Conduct and document market research on consumer trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for clients and the company
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation for client accounts
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, shoots, and events
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or a related role (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and social media management
  • Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
