Job Responsibilities:

  • Checks, posts, updates, and handles reconciliation of accounts receivable.
  • Prepares statement of account and account envelopes subject to collection.
  • Ensures all invoices for collection are accounted for.
  • Evaluate sales orders subject to processing and approval.
  • Prepares AR reports and files collection copies
  • Posting of expenses, process payables
  • Maintain monitoring files as required by Immediate Supervisor

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration (Open to fresh graduates)
  • Able to work long hours with minimal supervision
  • Knowledgeable in basic accounting process
  • Proficient in Microsoft / MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience is a plus, but not required
