We are seeking a meticulous and detail-focused Junior QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for both customer and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and quality assurance expertise.
  • Responsibilities include testing and validating integrations between systems, reviewing user stories and integration requirements for clarity and testability, designing and executing manual and automated test cases, verifying data mapping and synchronization between connected systems, performing functional and regression testing, and working with developers and technical architects to troubleshoot and resolve defects.

In addition to your testing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to quality automation initiatives, assist in maintaining quality process documentation and knowledge base, and participate in regular project meetings providing quality updates and insights.
