We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our Gratitude Philippines team in Manila. About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business background, enabling them to drive engagement and interact with senior stakeholders. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities within existing accounts and new target markets
  • Drive the necessary business development activities through strategic and technical relationships
  • Maintain and establish new business potential in existing accounts, working closely with support teams to drive day-to-day interactions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A business background that enables you to drive engagement and interact with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of client organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of 80k to 125k PHP per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.
