We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Times Trading Co Inc.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for establishing new business connections, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong analytical mindset. Previous sales experience is essential, and a degree in Business Studies or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish new business relationships through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Provide sales support to internal teams by offering market insights and competitor analysis.
Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your career.
