Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cornersteel Systems Corporation. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the cloud services sector.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong understanding of cloud services and their applications. You will work closely with our business development manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the cloud services sector.
- Sales Management: Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase customer retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- Cloud Services Expertise: A deep understanding of cloud services and their applications, including sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Base Salary: $120,000 per year.
- Bonus Structure: Eligible for a performance-based bonus structure, up to 20% of base salary.
