Job Overview

As a key player in the Global Privacy Solutions Team, you will play a critical role in implementing business solutions. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of various enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team with client onboarding and setup of our products.
  • Provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success using our products.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
  • Perform other related functions as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Front End Web Development experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of software applications such as Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, etc.
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile.
  • Ability to simplify complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; basic knowledge of web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.).
  • Strong command of standard English grammar and usage, both oral and written.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual with excellent communication skills.
