Job Title

As a key member of our revenue operations organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our global sales teams and external marketplace vendors. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of App Commercial Desk Specialists across multiple time zones, providing strategic guidance and day-to-day oversight to ensure the successful execution of operational processes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners, providing timely and accurate support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or management capacity, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in using sales service desk tools and a working knowledge of quoting, billing, and vendor management.
