Job Title: Enterprise Information Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced information architect to design and implement an enterprise-wide SharePoint Online platform.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and customise SharePoint Online sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and metadata to ensure seamless integration with our business processes.
  • Develop page layouts, web parts, and workflows to streamline data management and collaboration across the organisation.
  • Set up secure and user-friendly document libraries, team sites, and communication sites to facilitate knowledge sharing and content governance.
  • Implement and manage user permissions, access levels, and content governance to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Integrate Power Automate and Power Apps to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business units (service, sales, operations, finance) to gather requirements and configure solutions that meet their needs.
  • Support AI-enabled document retrieval through integration with Copilot for FAQs and product manuals.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to SharePoint users to ensure successful adoption.
  • Maintain governance standards to ensure consistent structure and usability across the platform.
  • Align SharePoint development with company-wide digital goals through close collaboration with IT.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience configuring and managing SharePoint Online.
  • Strong knowledge of site structure, lists, libraries, and permissions.
  • Experience with setting up SharePoint applications and integrating with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for customisation.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with focus on usability and governance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
