Enterprise Agile Coach

You are a key player in our quest for innovation and efficiency. As an Enterprise Agile Coach, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing agile strategies that foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching agile teams, and driving enterprise-wide system management. Your influence will shape the way we work together, ensuring seamless integration of technology and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide and empower cross-functional teams to adopt agile principles and methodologies.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure effective team collaboration and goal alignment.
  • Identify and address roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations, acting as a servant leader.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Encourage self-organization and accountability within teams, promoting a growth mindset and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that backlogs for Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service are properly groomed and prioritized.
  • Facilitate communication between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Mentor team members on agile best practices and empower them to take initiative in managing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, response times, sprint burndown, and cycle time to measure team performance and system success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated experience managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching agile teams working on enterprise-level systems.
  • Proven proficiency with agile project management software, such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills specific to enterprise system challenges.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and agile methodologies applied to CRM systems.
