Job Title: Senior Culinary Lead

This key leadership role oversees food preparation and presentation to consistently deliver high-quality dining experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Culinary Lead will be responsible for ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Ensures a thorough selection of produce from top suppliers, guaranteeing the best quality ingredients.
  • Collaborates with the Executive Chef to plan menus, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain logistics.
  • Adheres to strict kitchen safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
  • Supervises cooking staff to maintain exceptional food quality and efficiency.
  • Communicates effectively with kitchens regarding menu updates, ingredient changes, special diets, and other essential information.
  • Provides cooks with necessary tools, equipment, and recipes to ensure seamless execution.
  • Takes on administrative duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
  • Monitors food costs through proper storage procedures and waste control, optimizing profitability.
  • Assists in maintaining portion sizes and refining new recipe development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of culinary experience in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
