Hub Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Hub Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the hub, including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and document meeting minutes.
  • Support monitoring of the hub's performance by ensuring high productivity levels and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.
  • Prepare, review, and validate reports related to the hub's activities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to resolve customer escalations.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing hub productivity.
  • Handle payment transactions and other financial processes.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to oversee their activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Experience in payments processing or similar functions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on team schedules.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a continuous learning mindset.
