Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to manage and direct various segments of our organization's day-to-day operations.

This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple areas of operation, including short- to long-term planning, joint ventures, business development, internal communications, and budgeting.

The successful candidate will supervise a team of staff and be accountable for their results. They will set priorities to ensure task completion and coordinate work activities with other supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct various segments of the organization's day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and coordinate multiple areas of operation, including short- to long-term planning, joint ventures, business development, internal communications, and budgeting.
  • Supervise a team of staff and be accountable for their results.
  • Solve problems based on practice and precedent.
  • Train team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in sales or relevant sales function.
  • Strong sales experience and knowledge of new sales and retention processes.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
