The Mainstream Category Executive will lead a diverse team in developing and executing strategic plans, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and drive results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in market analysis, consumer insights research, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Mange budget forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to drive business outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:">

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand, category, or business management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
