Revenue Growth Systems Owner

This role involves owning strategy, automation, and reporting from end to end for revenue growth systems. As a Revenue Growth Systems Owner, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the entire GTM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the HubSpot product owner across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs
  • Identify operational gaps, propose strategic solutions, and execute—fast

With strong operational mindset, you will design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams. Self-starter, strategic thinker, and execution-focused, you will thrive on building systems that drive revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of HubSpot ownership in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations
  • HubSpot Certifications (required)

Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and BI tools.
