About the Opportunity: A reputable organization is seeking an exceptional individual to assume a pivotal role in expanding business relationships and securing contracts.

About the Role: As a key contributor, you will play a vital part in cultivating new business opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing deals. Success in this position demands persistence, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value business leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to track progress, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
  • Develop meaningful connections with clients through articulate and professional communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Management team to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and performance.
  • Continuously analyze results and refine strategies to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Native-level English proficiency for effective communication with clients.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the commercial or property management sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in previous roles.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems or similar platforms (training provided).
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and driven to achieve results.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Compensation Package:

  • Training Period (First 30 Days): $1,300 base salary (no commission). Post-Training: $900/month base salary + commission.
  • $50 per deal for the first 15 deals closed each month.
  • $100 per deal starting with the 16th deal onward.
