Senior Revenue Accountant Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Accountant to play a key role in managing the revenue recording process for self-service transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Management: Review and manage the revenue recording process for self-service transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Reconciliation and Monitoring: Reconcile self-service revenue in month-end close and monitor customer requests on a daily basis.
  • Revenue Recognition: Oversee and implement revenue recognition processes using data build tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
  • System Integration: Maintain key systems integrations between Stripe, NetSuite, Salesforce, Avalara, Hex, etc., validating integrated data is complete and accurate before month-end close starts.
  • Financial Reporting: Perform reconciliations of revenue accounts in month-end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will own activities related to sales tax, including reconciliation of payments, accrual JE posting, and reviewing returns as part of month-end close.
