We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in the management of day-to-day strata operations. This role will involve maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage strata operations, including budgeting, levy collection, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records using industry-standard software, ensuring seamless integration and utilization.
- Provide clear communication and support to stakeholders, lot owners, and committees.
- Assist in establishing and improving processes as the organization grows.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance, efficiency, and best practices in strata management.
- Proven experience in strata management, preferably in Western Australia.
- Strong working knowledge of WA strata legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in trust accounting and financial management within a strata context.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, with initiative and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software.
