What we are looking for:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our client's construction project in Ortigas. This is a 12-month contract role focused on ensuring timely and efficient manpower allocation to meet the project's needs. Responsibilities:Collaborate with the client and project managers to determine manpower requirements for the construction project.

Source, allocate, and mobilize skilled and unskilled workers to the project site promptly. Maintain an updated database of manpower, including qualifications, certifications, and availability. Monitor workforce attendance and performance on-site, addressing any issues or shortages swiftly.

Ensure all manpower complies with health, safety, and project-specific requirements. Act as the main point of contact for manpower coordination between the client and workers. Prepare and submit regular reports on manpower deployment and productivity.

RequirementsQualification and Experience:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). At least 2 years of experience in manpower coordination, project coordination, or a similar role in the construction industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle urgent project demands.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with clients, workers, and managers. Knowledge of labor regulations and safety standards in the Philippines. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
