Auditor of Financial Obligations

Role Description:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Debt Recovery practice area. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing and filing court documents, managing correspondence with clients and third parties, and ensuring efficient case assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Court Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and online filing of court documents as required.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients, debtors, court registries, and stakeholders via telephone to facilitate effective communication.
  • Correspondence Drafting: Draft correspondence to clients, courts, and third parties as necessary.
  • Case Evaluation: Evaluate and assess cases to provide written recommendations for amicable resolution.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate case files and perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
  • We welcome entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Experience in legal debt recovery and the strata industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Organizational and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role.
  • Full-Time Onsite Work: The selected candidate must be able to work full-time onsite in a fast-paced professional environment.
