Reward Analyst Role Summary

This role is an opportunity to support the team in managing and enhancing reward initiatives, with a focus on streamlining processes and documenting activities.

The successful candidate will assist in the implementation and communication of employee remuneration programs, analyse data to provide insights for decision-making and ensure alignment with business needs.

Key responsibilities include providing consultative guidance on compensation programs, managing survey processes, delivering personalised service to internal stakeholders and contributing to data integrity through report development and analysis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on reward strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage market data surveys to inform reward programme design.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders regarding reward queries and programme understanding.
  • Contribute to report development and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in annual reward cycle preparation and delivery.
  • Develop awareness of reward programmes to inform work activities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet business expectations.
  • Collate statistical and financial data to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in reward management or a related field.
  • Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
