The Compensation and Benefits Specialist role is a dynamic position that requires an individual to work closely with various stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits programs.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and programs that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity in compensation and benefits offerings.
- Collaborate with HR teams to communicate compensation and benefits information to employees.
- Administer employee benefits by processing, reviewing, consolidating, and coordinating initiatives, programs, administration, claims, and vendors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefit projects to enhance efficiency and improve compensation and benefit functions.
- Prepare monthly reports, analytical, and statistical data on compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be knowledgeable in local compensation, benefits, and payroll practices, as well as survey research methods and labor laws.
- Good planning, organizing, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Very good in MS Excel and Human Resource Management System.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting markets.
