Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reward and Performance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational and business process support to various reward and performance initiatives, focusing on streamlining activities and processes to facilitate the delivery of reward programs.

The role involves analysing data, presenting insights, and assisting in the annual performance and merit reviews, in alignment with the global Centre of Excellence strategy. The role aims to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the reward function within the organisation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data to inform decision-making and action.
  • Develop awareness of the reward COE programs and strategy to align work activities accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business expectations.
  • Support end-to-end annual pay and bonus processes, including data validation and process improvement.
  • Manage benefits administration for core and flexible benefits, resolving issues and ensuring scheme maintenance.
  • Contribute to wider people projects with a reward remit and participate in global reward team projects.
  • Provide detailed analysis covering all areas of remuneration and performance to support decision-making.
  • Act as a point of reference to guide and advise others in the team to share knowledge and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree in people, human resources, economics or management-related discipline.
