Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Case Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating med-legal cases, communicating with attorneys and medical providers, and managing documentation to support legal-related referrals and patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of medical appointments, follow-ups, and diagnostics as needed for legal cases.
  • Track and manage documentation, including medical reports, billing, liens, and other legal correspondence.
  • Communicate regularly with attorneys, law offices, and case managers regarding patient status, medical records, and reports to ensure timely updates.
  • Generate and send narrative reports, deposition summaries, and lien documents promptly.
  • Work closely with billing and collections teams to ensure lien accuracy and payment follow-up.
Requirements
  • Experience in medical case management, insurance, or legal support.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient data confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a remote setup.
