Case Optimization Specialist Job Overview
Job SummaryThis role focuses on optimizing case conversions through a voice-based intake system. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Make timely outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
- Handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
- Adhere to a structured script while building rapport and handling objections.
- Maintain accurate records and consistently meet call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
- Manage client information using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.
- Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Proactive and resilient under pressure, with a keen ability to learn and apply feedback.
- Familiarity with AI-powered call analysis tools or willingness to learn and adapt to them is desired.
