Job Summary

This role focuses on optimizing case conversions through a voice-based intake system. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and be proactive under pressure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make timely outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
  • Handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  • Adhere to a structured script while building rapport and handling objections.
  • Maintain accurate records and consistently meet call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  • Manage client information using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.
Requirements
  • Law graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proactive and resilient under pressure, with a keen ability to learn and apply feedback.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered call analysis tools or willingness to learn and adapt to them is desired.
