Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our global employee population across the United States, Canada, Colombia, and Australia.

This role is part of our Global HR Operations team, handling both front-line and back-office HR operations, ensuring high-quality execution of core HR processes and delivering a responsive, employee-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job changes, and terminations.
  • Provide tier 1 support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions. Escalate complex or advanced employee issues to appropriate partners or teams as needed.
  • Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
  • Support basic HR reporting needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
  • Maintain and audit employment records.
  • Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports, including I-9 audits, payroll audits, and other mandatory reviews.
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time hours.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations for a global organization (experience supporting international regions is a plus).
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS (UKG experience preferred).
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
  • Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural and business environments.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in employment laws, HR technology, and employee experience best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is strongly preferred.
