About the Role

The People Services Global Hub Coordinator is responsible for providing first-level advice and support on key foundational and transactional activities to HR teams, Line Managers, and Employees.

This role serves as a custodian and administrator of all HR data and supports the Asia Pacific and Australia region with consistent and efficient HR service delivery across multiple geographies.

  • Provide HR queries from employees, Business Functions, and HR answered correctly and in compliance with SLA.
  • Ensure accuracy of information and delivery to customers in agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR query resolution with correct answers in compliance with SLAs.
  • Safety and Compliance adherence.
  • Lifecycle administration with accurate paperwork and submission of correct HR forms/online information.
  • Employee lifecycle related letters and documentation.
  • HR system administration of employee lifecycle related activities.
  • Counseling and support for Line Managers and Employees on HR systems usage.
  • Employee file management and storage digitally.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working with electronic processes and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding of HR Policies & Procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, and superannuation/pension legislation.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or Admin role preferably in HR.
